Starbucks UK - Carte

I had to wait in line twice! They need more seats for the waiting area. The staff was working hard, but there weren't enough of them. It took too long to get a coffee. I only wanted a white tea, but they got my order wrong.

The tea looked shocking the food was terrible the sugar was ineffective only had semi skimmed milk no other options everything was dirty and wouldn’t give me a knife or fork it was the worst experiences ever just look at these images

If I could have NO STARS I would do it Unacceptable! I came so many times, the toilets are ALWAYS closed. Today I asked just to change the baby, and the “manager” was “explaining” to me that I cannot. She gave a number of reasons but all of them were not true. NEVER again Voir le carte

Had to wait awhile ordered 2 espressos to drink in and despite this being a coffee shop they dont have espresso cups ! Do not like drinking out of paper ...also coffee was awful ... I have a all singing and dancing coffee machine at home which grinds coffee beans for each cup.. but of course I buy the best beans ....

Came in to do some work whilst in the area as I’m not local. The staff were very helpful and although it’s a busy location, I was able to get my drink and food quickly. Liv was especially kind and helpful as she recommend a fantastic drink as I’m not a Starbucks regular. She also advised me on where the plugs were for my laptop. A very smiley individual and a credit to your team. Will be coming back next time I’m in the area hopefully Liv will be serving me then too!!

We stopped by this restaurant on December 27th at 9:40am. The tables were dirty, with many still having unwashed cups and plates left on them. The floor appeared to have never been mopped and was quite filthy. Additionally, there was a noticeable buildup of dirt and grime along the skirting boards. It seems like they do not have a proper cleaning staff at this cafe. After visiting the restroom, I made sure to avoid touching any door handles or surfaces as they were equally dirty. Greeted by a brisk what do you want, what's your name, waited ages for drinks, had eaten most of the delicious cinnamon roll in the meantime. An elderly gentleman was also wanting before me, one girl called his name and threw the coffee on the counter without even making eye contact with him, rude ignorant and not what old people go in a cafe to do, they want at least someone to say hello and smile. Tables dirty, one mum sat at a table full of food, eventually a blonde man cleaned it by spraying cleaner all over her baby. When I was leaving a brown haired male went to clean our table and smiled, wonders never cease. Coffee not great, won't return.

Starbucks is considered one of the most successful coffee companies, but I can't understand why. I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and was given a watery slush instead. This has happened before, but it will definitely be the last time I visit. The drinks seem to be made without much care, especially given the high prices. The hot drinks are just as disappointing as the cold ones. I would not recommend the Trafford Park location or any others, as it seems like they hire anyone without proper training. They also constantly advertise new drinks that are never available. If Starbucks continues like this, they will surely fall to the bottom of the list. Thanks for reading. :)

Not a bad Starbucks, clean and decent staff, busy as it was breakfast and they did have a few queues, but they were getting through orders at a decent enough pace. There were a few tables waiting to be bussed -and a few guests were grumbling about this as well, not that they asked anyone to clean a table or you know sit at a clean one, just wittering to each other about it being dirty- while we waited but they served the guests first and cleaned up after which I thought was reasonable for a coffee shop. Surely the service does first? The staff here aren't overly chatty like in some stores but it's a busy location and they're pleasant and helpful enough, even with us taking a few minutes long...
