"I ordered a full English breakfast, but it didn't meet my expectations. It included bacon, an egg, sausage, black pudding, a hash brown, and a potato scone. There were beans, but I opted not to have those, and it also didn't come with mushrooms! It was essentially a Scottish breakfast with black pudding instead of haggis. The eggs were overcooked and rubbery, and the sausages were greasy chip shop-style, sliced lengthwise—definitely not a good fit for a breakfast. The waitress seemed quite lost too. I had ordered scrambled eggs and tomatoes on toast for my grandmother and requested to swap the tomatoes for mushrooms. However, the waitress misunderstood the order and got everything wrong! After a lot of confusion on her part, we finally sorted it out, but when the food arrived, my grandmother just got scrambled eggs on toast without the mushrooms, despite the mix-up. Since then, I've returned a couple of times and experienced better service, but the food still hasn't been outstanding."

Came for a nice lunch ordered jumbo battered sausage w chips and beans, omelette and salad and fish chips and salad. Atmosphere was wonderful, service was quick and food was amazing. Chaotic experience. Felt like we were in the way waiting to order food. When the person in front of us received their food, they served the person behind us. Ended up waiting 10-15 to be served. Whilst waiting for our order the pie went in the microwave to heat it up, no tongues or gloves were used to pick up any food. Staff were constantly walking very closely to the take out area with boiling tea or hot plates and felt very much in the way. The food was okay but had to pay extra for a bit of tomato sauce. Wouldn't go back for the stressful atmosphere and middle of the road food.
