"the city economy is a very popular guest house located directly in the freeberg old town, near the castle freudenstein. you can choose between smoker and non-smart rooms or sit in the beer garden with beautiful weather. the atmosphere is very cozy and quiet. the service is on zack and you get a card quickly. also the food and drinks are served quite quickly even at full house. the very varied and well-stocked map includes mainly Bohemian and Saxon dishes, such as dumplings, gulasch, roast, clapped, ... and selected Czech beer varieties. Of course, you get also a white carving or even a barley dish. also desserts and weine are offered numerous and in great selection. the prices are on average about 10€ per main dish. Unfortunately, our visit to the salat was a bit sandy, as apparently not sufficiently washed and unfortunately with spine even if you look salat only as decoration; this should not happen in a good hostage. must be parked outside, because the entrance is in the pedestrian zone."

In a Czech/Bohemian restaurant I did not expect so many vegetarian and vegan dishes and was positively surprised with the selection! Very friendly staff, lovingly designed interiors and especially the really delicious food will surely lead me back here during the next visit to Freiberg.

There were more vegan options than thought. Backkartoffeln and vegan dip, Beyond Meet Burger, fluffy cake with barbecue vegetables (on request vegan without problems) 14.90€ and also a salad to me vegan baguette. Good portions. in the middle of Freiberg you will find the city economy. tasty Bohemian cuisine and all kinds of beer from this region can be found here. in summer we prefer to sit in the usually well filled beer garden. for children there is a nice play. also in the interior of this bench is nice and cozy submitted and invites you to stay. Nice and attentive staff, price are also ok. but some time to book!
