"my partner has booked a Sunday dinner at the springer spaniel when he knew I was going so bad. we were not disappointed. that was eating totally our expectations and this Scotch egg starter....AMAZING! Simply melts in your mouth and the casual egg, so delicious. I still spend almost two weeks. friendly staff and a great service. we're coming back!"

Secret little hideaway this, in the badlands of the Devon/Cornwall border. Amazing food (cannot recommend the Black Pudding Scotch Egg highly enough, fantastic! , friendly, helpful service and an all round great atmosphere. Try it, you will not be disappointed!

The food is excellent, good sized portions, beautifully presented and of a very high standard. The weekly menu is well worth trying with a variety of starters, main meals and amazing desserts. I highly recommend the Sunday roasts. The roast beef is the best I have ever eaten. My brother loves the pork roast.
