"Incredible Discovery!!!! This Burger restaurant will become your friend, the diversity of recipes offered on their menu, all made with fresh products and homemade make this address essential The Burgers, the fries, the sauces which are extraordinary (the bacon- bourbon is crazy), a little extra for lovers of cheddar sauce with real cheddar and not an inioble and tasteless cheese sauce. By the way, I tasted them because they were offered to me even though I never eat them for the reason mentioned above, and the desserts are also homemade!!! The waiters are very nice and the service has always gone very well regardless of the seasons and the times at which we came to eat with 2 or 8 always at the top! The Burgers are Generous, Gourmet and so good "

"It was raining cats and dogs as we drove up to Les Posses from Bex in search of Chez Mantisi. The clouds hung low and the mountains remained invisible. The restaurant was perched high on a mountain top, and we were pleased to see a...large parking area. We walked through the door into the warm cheery welcome of a Bonjour! from the owner, as she led us to our table. For the rest of the evening we could hear her husband burst into loud song as he cooked in the kitchen. We were convinced a chef as happy as he was would present us with delicious food and we weren't wrong! We were celebrating a special occasion and although the stunning views played hide and seek with the clouds, we were happy to be snug and dry in the little restaurant cum hotel, all done up in dark wood and plush red furnishings. The menu was simple. I had a Gnocchi ai Gemelli from the list of the Chef's Recommendations and husband had Ravioles de Loup de Mer, Pesto rosso et Bisque de Homard. Unbelievably delicious. Portions were huge and I had to ask for a doggy bag to take home half the gnocchi. We shared a delectable, if unusual Tiramisu of generous proportions (it had kiwi fruit hiding in the bottom of the glass). DInner was of course washed down with a glass of vino rosso! The price was not the cheapest we have known, but the service was a delight and the evening memorable. As we braved the pouring rain to get back into the trusted chariot we decided we'd definitely be back on a day when the sky was bright blue instead of dark gray. My advice: worth making a special trip to this excellent restaurant"

"A very dishonest man who allows himself to tell the fork that I did not pay even though I paid his server's ticket 50. when it was 49.50. Then I talk to him about the children's menu he tells me clearly who doesn't do a children's menu that's why on the ticket I paid I paid for their plate 22. then he starts to cheat everything on his ticket and doesn't take out a ticket at 51.50 supposedly while passing the children's menu at 12. lol "

"We had a mid week lunch at this Italian restaurant Recommended by our Italian friends living in Ollon. We had the most delicious mushroom risotto we’ve ever tasted. The prosciutto wrapped melon also delicious. We had an orange, fennel salad but sadly a huge bowl of lettuce and only a small amount of topping. The pesto beef pasta was tasty but very oily. The veal on lettuce (like cold Roast beef) was ok wouldn’t have it again. Service was slow too. G&T Tonic was flat."

"Rather than choosing the safe option of steak (pave,) we made the mistake going for a local speciality. We didn´t quite understand the description on the menu or the explanation of the lady serving us. In hindsight our learning was to go for the safe option (our mistake really, the restaurant could not do much about it).What we choose was a local speciality with beef and only two were available, so I assumed it must be really good. The dish we were given was kind of a cheeseburger with a few small pieces of steak that was slightly overcooked. The fact is that I really dislike cheese (not easy in Switzerland) and I didnt eat anything apart from the pieces of steak.The rest of our company chose a fondue and I was glad that we were sitting on the terrace, if you know what I mean, so it was just bearable.All in all not a good experience. The only good thing was the very charming service and that fact that we sat on the terrace!"
