Sparkling Bistro - Carte

we enjoyed our dinner in restaurant sparkling bistro. all dishes were well made and presented the various cooking techniques and ingredients. also the wine selection was great.

I moved to Munich from NYC two years ago. This is the best Degustation menu I have had in Munich. Thanks, Jürgen. He created our 4 course menu with excellent wine pairing. ????

a true jewel. we had a 7 2 cursor meal with 7 different weeps. a fraudulent journey for eyes, ears and all the public and olfactory sensuals. Different surprises and many new interpretations. Voir le carte

Excellent 1-star restaurant in the heart of Munich. The food was outstanding with good accompanying wines. Service was very good and in a good sense less stiff than in many other star restaurants.

we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. almost every cursor was spectacular, the use of high-quality ingredients in interesting combinations. we had the wee pairing, which was a fascinating question of mainly German and Austrian weeping.

It was a little chaotic at the beginning. Before we really sat down we have already been asked which menu we want, but we where absolute clueless. The dishes tasted amazing. But for out opinion not enough. We were still hungry. Overall a nice experience with great food. The restaurant overall is a bit loud and a bit to expensive in our opinion. Voir le carte

Surprisingly sensational we stayed at Sparkling Bistro for dinner with friends. There was no menu, only the menu with five or seven courses. We had seven which were absolutely perfect and prepared to the point. On demand we learned that the owner is an Austrian bonnet/star chef. We'll tell WoW and I'll be back soon. An absolute must for gourmets.

were there with friends to eat. service has to play in yet another, but kitchen is perfect for it. we had ordered 6 courses to the thema frankreich. foire gras was at the place fried, white fish soup was really airy and light with bite, loup de mer just as fresh and tasty. (risotto was incredibly tasty) lamb and ratatouille absolutely solid and perfectly matched. as expected in paris in 1950, the classic was only the hunggucker schlechhin. almost 120 different you don't know yet. we're coming back.

we were here for the second time today and have already come back much more frueherily:- refined and handcrafted excellent dishes, which are also looking at in times of their own. we like to go well eat - this dear fuer’s detail is not only suggested here but lived.- accommodating, persuasive service, without being a bounty - simply nice and charming with an extraordinarily happy and honest interest in his best: what they want, what they want and how to make them a happy again.We are very happy and in every case!
