"we, a mixed family group of 6 including 2 young children, had here after a long day shopping at oxford street. the service was friendly and courteous (pushchair). decoration was beautiful and lighter slightly dimmed, added to the atmosphere. we had a mix with our order and it was quickly handled, both smooth and graciously rectified, which was very appreciated when eating with young children. we had a mix of pizza and netzen, all enjoyed. one of our party is vegan and was very satisfied with their dish and choice. overall excellent friendly service and would recommend for everyone near oxford street if they are looking for a relaxed meal. to add most of the other diners, had no children as there was 7 clock, so it was nice as our were welcome."

Good food with good service. Pizza could’ve been cooked for longer. Carbonara could’ve had less cooking time. Overall we enjoyed it though.

try to eat somewhere while found in london and the spaghetti house. the personal is really friendly and has welcomed us. eating was excellent and plentiful.

This visit was a massive disappointment as well as a very expensive lunch. The food was awfull and the drinks were very expensive . To cap it all we had to give a 13.5 service charge. Dont go there.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon for an early dinner before a show. Very nice restaurant, friendly staff a good menu. Excellent portions of pasta dishes, would like to return again soon to try some more dishes.

The food was good apart from the sautéed potatoes . me and my friend had woken up with food poisoning the next day as we definitely know it was the sauteed potatoes as they did not taste ok, they were not freshly cooked as they were covered in oil and looked like they were cooked the day before. Be careful Service was average as when the food came out they had never came back and asked if the food was okay we were just ignored.

A hint if you are dining out in London and want somewhere reasonably priced especially on the weekend make reservations! We wanted somewhere that we could have a nice sit down meal, and would be suitable for us and our 11 year old son. Spaghetti House fit the Bill perfectly, was it a Gourmet Meal, No, but it doesn't pretend to be. The Staff were great, taking care of us and the food was good too, I feel it is the kind of place that can do Family meals, but also can do a nice night out for a couple too, its small, its off Oxford St, but don't let that put you off, We went again to another branch off Regent St today for Lunch and Had Just as good an Experience. Recommended!
