Spaghetti House Westfield

Initially, our reservation was not honored and we were informed that the restaurant would be closing in an hour, so we decided to leave.

I think you get what you pay for...the quality if the prawns and pasta was just ok..I suppose for a chain it was ok but was disappointed in the quality of the prawns and pasta..

We had a free flowing meal which was amazing! The Bubbly was great especially for a birthday celebration. We had a good laugh with the waiter who was very lovely and the manager as well. The food was fantastic. I had the beef which was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was postive. Will dine again! Voir le carte

We made reservations but when arrived the restaurant wasn't busy and were seated right away. Staff, I believe manager, appeared rushed and busy. Generally speaking the food was average tasting, pizza was greasy, spaghetti meatballs didn't taste very good. Pasta with veal and green peppers was ok. Overall below expectations. four of us came here after the cinema. it was pretty busy, but we had one standing that was comfortable and not loud. our waitress was the first day on the job, but please. I had a beautiful mushroom risotto, one of the best I had, all enjoyed their meal. there was a mistake with the bill, to our gunst, which they corrected, but then a limoncello gave us so well treated. I would go back.

In the old days when Spaghetti House first launched, it was a revolution due to its quality of tasty food (with decent portion sizes) and attentive service. The Westfield branch is one of the few of these restaurants in London which, time and time again, offers these values and reminds you why occasionally chain restaurants are worth visiting (despite the layout of the restaurant still being chain-like

This restaurant really needs to improve the friendliness of their staff. Two of them were really unhelpful, especially one of the managers on the floor. They seemed eager to walk away as soon as they served our table. It would be nice if they actually listened when we answered their questions about the food. Also, when we requested black pepper, we meant freshly ground pepper, not the low-quality stuff left on the table. Our food took a while to arrive (25 minutes) even though we asked for starters and mains to come together. It was disappointing that we were penalized for choosing this option. Actually, this place has to hire friendly staff. two of them were completely inappropriate, especially one of the managers on the floor. I couldn't wait to go from the table within seconds. I mean, if they ask someone how to eat, they at least try to pretend that they hear the answer! when we ask for black pepper....we mean freshly ground pepper....not the cheap witness they leave on the table. the food took a because to come when we asked that everything (starter and net) comes at the same time.
