"I recently visited Nando's on Goodge Street on a scorching hot day, 26th of June around 2000 HRS, and the experience left much to be desired. The restaurant felt like a sauna, with no ventilation whatsoever. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially given the high temperatures outside. One positive note is that the server was accommodating and didn't insist on seating us in the crowded middle section. We appreciated being able to sit at a table for two. However, the food was a major disappointment. Despite arriving within five minutes, the Peri-Peri chicken was cold and tasted like it had been microwaved rather than grilled. The chips were equally disappointing—cold, hard, and excessively covered in peri-peri powder. Overall, the food deserves a zero rating. My visit to Nando's Goodge Street was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend it based on this experience."

I usually like a Nandos but the chicken was really dry here, I couldn't finish it. My Nandos experiences are slowly getting worse and worse.

Drinks fountain stopped working so they decided to give me a bottle without asking and charge me for it.... no refund on the fountain drink either. Poor management!

Just had lunch at 2pm 4th April 2024 staff all really polite lots of smiles, ‘thank yous’ and ‘your welcomes’ from all the staff … something lacking in most restaurants and shops today but makes such a difference to the client experience! Well done team and management

I was served by a lovely young lad by the name of Zion this evening. He greeted me kindly as I came in and took my order. He could see I was in a rush so he took it upon himself to make my food for me in an efficient manner. I don’t live far from this Nando’s, so I will definitely be returning because of this great young man. Thanks again Nandos Keep training people like Zion to be the best.
