Hem disfrutat molt del menjar i del servei que en aquest cas el Mario ens ha guiat i recomanat molt bé, ho tornarem a repetir

Cena con menú degustación y maridaje realizada durante una estancia en el Hotel The One. Todo delicioso y el servicio impecable. Seguro que repetiremos la experiencia.

He ido por las jornadas gourmets. Es espectacular. Canelon de pulpo. Bocadillo de calçotada, toda una lección de ingenio y contraste de sabores. Servicio perfecto, amable atento y profesional. Ambiente acorde con el nivel del hotel. Absolutamente recomendable.

Una ocasión para degustar propuestas elaboradas y deliciosas. Ambiente agradable y cuidado, sin llegar a la exclusividad incómoda y clasista. A destacar el servicio, especialmente el jefe de sala y somelier, Mario, que con delicada amabilidad y cercanía, ayuda en la elección y denota profesionalidad y conocimiento amplio del sector.

Hemos ido en familia a hacer el menú degustación de canelones, que maravilla! Cada uno nos ha gustado más que el anterior, una forma muy original de presentar los platos y con unos sabores buenísimos. El maridaje le daba un punto más, el pisco, cocktail de café... Muy bueno todo. Mis favoritos el de aguacate con langostinos, el de pato y el de tiramisú. we had breakfast here several days and one night we had drinks. as soon as we ordered food was arriving fast, but service was missing a few tomorrow. great help and smiling faces, but we would just go without seeing someone for 20 minutes to a time and could not get a coffee or juice. eating was very good and the bar service was great. all in all, we didn't think we were a busy day, but could have been less stressful if we got a little more attention. I think in a day they were short served as we only saw a server throughout the restaurant.

the overall quality and presentation of the food was quite good. I enjoyed the monk and oktopus carpaccio, but would have appreciated the court to be accompanied by an acid element to increase the fish. the calves was perfectly cooked and sweet kept the dish quite easy. dessert, a ferrero rocher chocolate bomb, was very sweet, it would have been nice to have served with celestial to balance the aromes. although the service at the beginning was quite slow (they had a large group that took up most of their time), after we had taken our order, the service was extremely efficient and friendly. a beautiful experience!

we had a series of judgements, as the menu sounds really good and while the quality of the ingredients was great, the same cannot be said about the dishes themselves. it feels like they wanted to open a high-end restaurant, but couldn't find a chef who knew how to make high-end heart. that's pretty sad, because they really try. the lobster was in the grunde 2 avocados (sty, but...heavy), with overboiled lobster and mayo. the monk was super-salted. and the pork I am quite sure was rested outside the chef's floor (probably taken out and stored in a moisture-free environment), so while it was tender, it was not juicy.
