After leaving the restaurant, we realized we were too hungry to wait and needed to eat something on the go. Although I wasn't expecting a fine dining experience, I did expect my food to be warm and as requested. Sadly, I would rather eat my own foot than dine at this fast food place again. I recommend going somewhere else.

Had to wait nearly two hours. Wasn’t notified of delay and the phone was engaged constantly! When I did eventually get through I received unsatisfactory customer service! The man on the phone said, “only thing I can say is it’s rush hour and next time you order...” that’s where I cut in staying I will never be ordering from Sobs again!!!

Rude members of staff. Ordered a pizza and chips and garlic bread.. for it to take an hour to turn up, cold chips and wrong order. Phoned up for them to tell me 'im not going to do anything about it ' ordered at least 3 times a month and have always waited an hour if not longer. But today after the rude member of staff and cold food i will not be going back there!!!!! Voir le carte

I live near and this is my place for eating any I can need at short notice. the portions are more and more than sufficient and are higher quality than most other places where I was, especially the chickens and burgers. I tend to order quite late, and it is always done and ready to wait within few minutes. everyone is really friendly, and more than happy, they sme extra sauce here and there.

I ordered 1 pizza, cheesy chips, and a coke online from Just Eat. I was told it would be an hour. Two hours later, we tried calling. The first time we were cut off, and the second time, after several rings, someone finally answered. The person apologized and said the order was on its way. After waiting another hour, we ended up going to Pizza Hut instead. The service was unbelievably bad. I will never use this restaurant again.

I've been ordering seven ciffers for years. if they order from here and expect a gourmet or even a decent culinary experience, they are a toss pot and should take their silly expectations elsewhere. it is eating for walking to home completely blotto or on a terrible kater. the pizza deal is a good value for money and is sufficiently delicious. as veggie I do not sign myself with the obviously very cheap and not very well treated meat cuts, so I can not tell them about this page of the dinge, but I guess they get what they pay. do not pay £2,90 for the last of eating and then shaking the young here are super beautiful and with loads of S**t from drunken jasks, including possibly I at a point... I used to frequent this restaurant every week, but ever since they changed their website and ordering process last month, the quality has significantly declined. Last week, I ordered their kebab meal deal which included chips and a drink. It took over an hour for my order to arrive, despite the fact that I only live a mile away. When it finally did, I received a pita bread in a bag, uncut, along with separate containers for the kebab meat and salad. If I wanted to assemble my own kebab, I would have done it myself. we get our home delivered pizzas from this place, and have been supplying for many years, the permanent bogof offer makes them competitive, and they are always delivered instantly and are delicious. last night we had a problem with our order (the first time we had a problem with sobs) I called them, they treated it very quickly and efficiently. Firstly, I just want to point out that I've only ever tried the pizza here so can't comment on anything else from the menu. I've tried the pizza lots of times a few different ways ordering at the shop, ordering for delivery, ordering for takeaway... I've never been 100% sober when I've eaten something from there but I can comment that: 1) Delivery with Just Eat took well over an hour and the pizza was very odd... the cheese on top seemed to be burnt and I don't think they got the toppings quite right. 2) Ordering straight from the shop can take a while, but I'm pretty sure this is cheapest as they always have deals on.
