"Booked for 7pm on 3/11. On entering the restaurant we were not greeted by anyone and there did not appear to be a designated front of house staff. When someone did appear there was no welcome simply ‘what name is the reservation?’ I thought this was rude and unwelcoming. After being seated and browsing the menu we had to call over a waiter to take the drinks and food order rather than the waiters being proactive. Although the main waiter for our section did come and apologise for this and introduce himself the service did not get any better and was slow and not to the standard I would expect. The food was good, but the overall experience was not good as the service was poor and it was not even a busy evening with 30% of the tables being empty. We paid (including the service charge) £178 for 2 people but I would not return based on the lack of care for service which is quite frankly disappointing at this price point and ruins the experience. Management need to train the front of house and create a table system that ensures equal service to all customers."

This restaurant offers a high-end dining experience with both Turkish and English dishes. They prominently mark gluten-free options on the menu, and when I mentioned my coeliac disease, the staff made sure to inform the chef. The service was lovely, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I recently enjoyed a fabulous lunch at this restaurant. The price per person was between £30-40. I give the food and service a perfect 5-star rating. The atmosphere was also very good, earning a 4-star rating. I highly recommend trying the Roast Beef and any of the main dishes on the menu.

Wow, what a wonderful experience we had- can’t wait to come back! The restaurant is beautiful, the tables are not too close together like some places. The service was attentive, friendly and professional. The food was exceptional- the oysters were some of the best I have had and they were huge. Sushi has recently been added to the menu and it is great quality, I hope it stays. The octopus was cooked so perfectly, again it was one of the best I have eaten. Baklava was incredible too. We can’t wait to return.
