Sir Henry Tate - Carte

Went on market day so very busy but service not effected breakfast was typical Wetherspoons average but good value.

Traditional breakfast. Sausage egg bacon and beans cold. Hash browns lovely and piping hot. First coffee cold, second gave me milk only. What a shambles.

I like the place. But, what does my head in is the throwing of the empty bottles into the bin by bar staff, it sounds so loud in the seating area. It damn lazy and annoying.

The bar was short on staff, resulting in tables filled with empty plates and glasses. Our food order was incorrect and we were ultimately disappointed. Furthermore, the food quality was poor.

Located in the middle of town and on a couple of levels this place is right next to the main car park. You cannot beat it for value of course and it was very busy inside. The meal and a drink option is unbeatable and the range of drinks on offer is outstanding. Voir le carte

The restaurant was reasonably busy with a good atmosphere. One of our party used a wheelchair and there were no significant issues with that. The lift to the second floor worked well for the wheelchair and all staff were friendly. The fish and chips was excellent and the fish was fresh fried. Well done to every one concerned and we will be back.

The customers at this restaurant reminded me of the characters from Shameless, with one even threatening to headbutt me when I requested her to lower the volume of the loud music she was playing on her phone. After waiting for 25 minutes, I finally got my medium rare sirloin steak, but it was not cooked to my liking and did not seem to be sirloin at all. The steak was chewy, fatty, and overall not enjoyable. This experience was my first and last visit to this place.

The restaurant has a very rude staff member named Linda who should not be dealing with the public. Tables were full of dirty plates and glasses, and when asked for them to be cleaned, Linda responded rudely that she was too busy and couldn't do everything on a Tuesday. We ended up cleaning our own table with wet wipes and ordered our food through the app. Unfortunately, the food arrived stone cold with no apology. Despite asking for the manager, they never came near. This pub was a complete embarrassment. Voir le carte
