"The unfortunate thing that let this restaurant down was us having to wait nearly 1 hour for our food to turn up! We were not kept updated on where our food was, and I had to get up from the table to go over to the waitress to ask her where it was, highlighting to her that we had been waiting nearly 1 hour. She responded that she would find out for me with no apology. When our food finally arrived there was no apology whatsoever with how long it had taken. All we had ordered was steak, chips and 2 vegetable sides! I asked the waitress why the food had taken so long and she said that it was unfortunate that our order went in just after a large table which was what the delay was, though the large table was a group of 6! She then finally apologised! As our food was so late we were rushed to eat it as both myself and my Client had other appointments we needed to get to. We usually would have had liked to have stayed after eating to have a coffee, but had to sadly leave hastily. It was not the most relaxing of meals and being forced to time watch."
