"After a small ride from the city through little roads around the hills, we arrived at this authentic little restaurant that breathed Basque life. The menu is pretty extensive and holds something for everyone. We did it the Basque way: we shared several dishes. We started off with Croquetas de Jamon, salad of tomatoes, avocado and tuna fish and to top it off we shared tortilla de bacalao. It was all delicious. The apple cider was extremely soft and not too sour. The main course was meat, but the kind of meat that you know comes from a happy cow and is treated by a true foodlover because it melts on your tongue. It was truly mindblowing. The meat was **** but warm inside, it was baked to perfection on the special grill. Not being a huge fan of meat, God knows I am now. We shared two portions of the chuleton for four people. As a dessert I had the cheesecake because in El Pais Vasco you have to have the cheesecake. It was great. The atmosphere was really authentic and familial, it made the entire experience more amazing. I will definetely be back and tell everyone that travels in a radius of 100 km to make the trip to enjoy their succulent chuleton."

"No puedo explicarlo.... no hay estrellas suficientes para poder valorar la sensación que hemos vivido ni palabras para poder definirlo. No hablo sólo de los sabores de este gran impresionante chef y su equipo, también hablo del maravilloso servicio al completo... desde la atención al entrar hasta la finalización de la velada. Hemos conocido muchos tipos de restaurantes y muchos platos diferentes con gran cantidad de sabores y cocinas tradicionales .... creo que soy capaz de explicar esos sabores pero me es imposible explicar los del restaurante Martín Berasategui."

"Experiencia gastronómica y cultural Estuvimos el sábado mi novio y yo haciendo una visita guiada por la bodega y nos explicaron todo el proceso de fabricación y la historia que tiene detrás la sidra y la familia Zapiain. La visita culminó con una cata de tres de sus mejores sidras, incluida la sidra de hielo que es espectacular y muy sorprendente. Por supuestos no nos fuimos sin cenar en el restaurante que solo abre en temporada de Txotx . La comida riquísima y la bebida de acompañamiento (degustación de sidras) no podía estar más rica!!! Sin duda, para repetir. Egoitz y Harizt son majisimos!"
