Shisha Lounge Waterfront London

The service was very poor; I waited 45 minutes for my meal, and my chips were served cold.

The customer service was lacking, the atmosphere was reasonably nice, but it was quite overpriced. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Had a great time, would highly recommend this venue. I had a super Shisha sipping cocktails, and enjoyed a burger overlooking the Thames. I'll be back with friends. Voir le carte

We had a reservation, but it took an excessively long time to be seated. Additionally, it took a while to receive the menus and place our order. We felt unwelcome when we decided to leave early.

Shisha is over expensive and is defo not value for money, waitress takes too long to attend and very poor shelter for rain. For the sort of prices we were paying expected much more. Will stick to local shisha spots Voir le carte

Sisha is one of the best in London but not all flavours are good quality and it is also not always same standard, when it is good it is super good, when it is bad you can't smoke more than 20 minutes. Mayne it depends on preparation. They should more often ask how the sisha tastes and learn from feedback. Food is average. Service is good. Ambience is great.

The meat was very good but the service was very poor. Our waitress took ages to make our drinks however we were the only customer in the restaurant. She clearly said to us she partied to much the night before and she was tired. Anytime we were asking for napkins, a bottle of water or anything, she forgot. I did complain to one of her supervisors who didn t even apologized and said they were busy serving the outside shisha area (they had like 10 customers only). The meat was good, the **** mary too but the truffle mac and cheese was over cooked. I was very disapointed as it is a beautiful venue with a wonderful view over the thames but the service is TERRIBLE.

On Open Table we picked a waterfront view restaurant for 7:30pm. When we arrived, the restaurant name was not clearly marked and we found out it was a Hooka Lounge, not the restaurant it was made out to be in Open Table. They directed us to the inside restaurant where the owner or manager greeted us rudely and told us we should know what restaurant we were booking and that he had a full house coming in at 8:00 pm (1/2 the restaurant was empty or tables were getting up). We were very upset as it was late and we were now far from all other places to eat so we sat by the bar. He finally conceeded to sit us at a regular table.
