Ordered online ,no salad as requested, luke warm,sauces all unidentifiable not what ordered ,overpriced 18.50 for a Kebab an a starter ? Customer service non existent ,after a phone call I was told nothing wrong with my order as he personally attented to and he forgot lettuce ! Order was mixed Kebab and salad with garlic sauce !

Got take away from Shapla while on a long weekend in Armagh City. We had popadoms and 4 dips, 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 sides and naan bread for the princely sum of £40.40. The food was delicious particular the prawn purie starter and the Jalfrezi main. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. It was a real treat and very good value for money. Such a nice place to eat in, the food was absolutely amazing. The staff make you feel welcome and friendly, they are willing to take time to explain any questions you have be about the food they serve. Chicken tikka masala was define. Absolutely atrocious! Placed an order for delivery at around 6:30pm. Website said 8pm. No problem. After numerous phone calls food arrives at 9:40pm. Then we get to my jalfrezi, pure water. Worst I have ever had and that says something. Even on the phone the service was pathetic. Very very poor, won’t make that mistake again! This afternoon, I visited a restaurant to try some Indian food with my wife. Unfortunately, after eating the food, my wife started feeling unwell. She eventually fainted and we had to rush to the hospital. The staff at the restaurant were also very rude to me. I had planned a nice outing for my wife, but it turned into a nightmare. I have video evidence of the staff's behavior and have taken samples of the food for testing. I will keep you updated on the results.
