"The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this restaurant to any Indian. The uncle/waiter/owner's relative was a shrewd guy. He ill treated us by asking us to sit in one corner of the restaurant far from his other clients. When we asked for how many samosas you serve in single plate, he said 1 and later tried to be generous by giving us 2 which the actual serve was. When we ordered dal tadka he did not serve complimentary rice which we figured out next day when he was on leave and were getting served by another waiter. When the third day we told the other waiter about his actions and behaviour on day one, both the waiters started discussing with each other our concern and started laughing, standing just a little away from us. I and my husband kept a lot of patience by still being polite to him and the other waiter. But would not want my other Indian friends to face the same humiliation. So guys never ever eat in this restaurant. Treat this as a warning Indians."

the aroma at the entrance of shalimar was enthusiastic. the maharaja menu enticed so that we ordered it. Never before have we met such a service in an Indian restaurant. in 90 minutes they had served us pappadums with 3 chutneys, naan, then half the garnel with spinach tasty, but I could bring out the oil in pimples, my face. then after another waiting the waiter brought us half a cup mulligatawny. each after we sit there for 90 minutes and stare at the spa service shops of several women, we said time 's up we pay for what we ate and drank (1.5 bottles still mineral water). they accused us for the water and we were on the look for berries from the place.
