The place is very nice at the Simssee. You have a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. You can also bathe there. There's a nice beer garden. The food is very good as well as coffee and cake.

ideal place for fixed as high times, family-proof or celebrate all types. we are very demanding in terms of eating, operation, timing, location etc. our guests were a good pampered and far traveled public were very enthusiastic. the scene at the simsee with mountain view is really the hit. we had luck and there was one of these sensational sunsets. it worked well. eating a 4-course menu with cocktail reception was very good and came to everyone well. thanks to woman fischer and her team of seafarer in ecking am simsee.

We come here more often to enjoy the Simssee. Coffee and cake will take place at the beer garden on weekends. Cake was great. Operation mega emphasizes. Long waiting time to order, to the entrance of food and drinks and finally to checkout. And from the ambiance we were very disappointed. The beer garden is very unusual. Next to us a crashed fence. Untreated plants, old cutlery on the ground in the leaf. Nothing invites you to stay. A visit we ended as soon as possible. We prefer to sit on the bridge and enjoy the lake without disturbing us.

After two years I spent a wonderful day at and in the lake yesterday. The water was refreshing and flattering. I love the location of the seafarer directly at the Simssee with foot-friendly water access. The staff and the owner are always friendly and appealing, the food fresh, very tasty and beautifully dressed. Also the guest rooms, only those overlooking the lake with a huge balcony are beautifully furnished, spacious and invite you to relax. Here you can really fall out of everyday life and let the soul dangle. My favourite place in Chiemgau.
