Traditional Bavarian restaurant, which can be accesses by car, bicycle, foot, horse-carriage, etc. Many dishes available, very good service and a play-room for the kids.

The best hosts in the valley are Ute and Wacki with their great team in service and kitchen. 5 stars for gastronomy and everything. The 5 days with you were dreamed again. So????????

I have last been in the Schwaigeralm probably 20 years ago and it was always one of my favourite places to have a good meal after a mountain track, and I even organised group events there. Glad to see it is still going strong, with a few changes, but still lovely food and just a very cosy, original setting! Will be back next time when I am in this part of the world! Voir le carte

I don't know what to do. We had a wonderful time on the Schwaigeralm! The hosts Ute and Christian are simply unique. Warm, incredibly sympathetic and authentic. It's definitely not better! All employees are nice and friendly and have provided us perfectly. Thank you for your great work. The food is first-class and incredibly delicious, the breakfast is just as perfect! Rooms beautiful and lovingly furnished and extremely clean. The location is unique and you feel at home. Dear Schwaigeralmler, stay as you are and go on. You're great! We have been coming here for over 25 years whenever we are in the Tegernsee area. We stop here most when bicycling along the Weisach (a stream flowing into the Tegernsee) but also when we have visitors that we want to introduce them to some of the bavarian "Gemütlichkeit". It has a very good kitchen and a lovely beer garden area outside. They serve numerous trout dishes fresh from their own cultivation. In the winter months there are always a few dishes featuring wild game. Inside, the decor is original bavarian with numerous cozy wood-panelled rooms. We had family dinner at Schwaigeralm yesterday after friends recommended this place several times.The experience starts with the location in the middle of the forest. You can either drive there or park the car before and enjoy a nice walk.The place itself is very cosy in traditional Bavarian style and with a beautiful open fireplace in the middle of the dining room.Service is very friendly and the kids were more than happy as they got plenty to play with and a nice collection of sweets before we left.The food was excellent ( grilled duck and fish) and the choice on the menu was very appropriate.They have some very nice specialty beer from the region but also an adequate wine list.Overall a v...
