We visited the restaurant on a sunny December Saturday and felt very well in the warm panoramic winter garden. Beautiful view, very friendly service and delicious food at reasonable price, there was nothing left to us, therefore five stars.

the service does not correspond to a raised restaurant. kellner does not control basic rules. no amuse gueule was offered. brotteller stood at the table and were taken away without comment without asking. Price/performance is not right here!

the wildterrine as an appetizer was very good, unfortunately the cadjau was somewhat disappointing. two small pieces fish with cartoffellrisotto and some leaves spinat in red wine butter, served in deep suppenteller. the potato cubes were still very bit-resistant and swept in the very dominant red wine butter, reminded somewhat of a stew. the desserts, however, again delicious. Essen war klasse. Aufgrund einer größeren Gruppe war es leider relativ laut, schade, dass Aperitif und Wein zum Essen parallel serviert werden trotz meines Hinweises, den Wein bitte zum Essen zu bringen. Der Wein kam in zweiten Anlauf dann deutlich später. Der Hauptgang wurde verhältnismäßig flott serviert. Insofern: Zeitmanagement ist optimierungsbedürftig, ansonsten aber freundlicher Service.

the restaurant was the absolute highlight of our trip to mosel and Rhine. the location is fantastic, directly above the weinberg with a view of the river, the slope and the environment, just in the light of the sunset simply magnificent. eating was consistently high quality and delicious, the wine selection was also very good. the in-house gin is highly recommended as aperitif. the service is pleasantly attentive and very friendly. we will always like to remember this evening.

Das Ambiente ist einfach großartig (auch wenn wir leider keinen Platz mehr auf der Terrasse bekommen haben). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Super, dass es eine extra Konzert Speisekarte für das späte Abendessen nach dem Konzert gibt, die etwas kleiner ist als die sonstige Speisekarte. Allerdings sind die Preise schon sehr kräftig (für ein Nudelgericht mit Pfifferlingen 26 € das ist schon sehr teuer). Trotz der höheren Preise als in anderen Lokalitäten ein wunderbarer Ort.
