The owners beer is wonderful and the food is fantastic. The prices are more than affordable for everybody. If you are visiting Amberg, you must not miss it.

class ambiente, very beautiful in-house, nice and attentive service, class eating and very suffy beer - for us reason enough to visit the squeak brown at each amberg visit. the brauerpfandl is my favorite! Voir le carte

I went here for a going away dinner. I have to come back with my wife! The service is great. The food is great and there are so many options. There is no parking nearby so prepare to use Google Maps and walk. There is...inside and outside dining. Private indoor rooms allow for small private gatherings.

we were visiting amberg, the schloderer was recommended to us, the local has a very beautiful courtyard and plentiful seating inside. the map is very extensive and well civic. also for vegetarians there is an appropriate offer. the price - performance ratio is in order. the food was really good and plentiful. the service very flott, courtesy and attentive.The bee tastes very good. you can recommend.

this is a restaurant, mixed with a partylocation. Especially to fasching is the hell going on there and with live band the people are heated up. also entices to all-sided bock beer-fested people from the city and the surrounding countryside to the restaurant. the prices are not necessarily favourable but it is. the kitchen is good and trimmed on bayr. house cooking and pork roast. the ambiente is kept original and, above all, by the copper-colored sud boilers, something special. This review will be one of my shortest. Was in Amberg for two nights and both nights we ate here. Says a lot right! My first meal was an authentic plate of schnitzel with a few glasses of a blonde Schloderer home brew. Perfect....Our second night we didn’t know what to eat and we both concluded that our previous meal at Bräu bierhaus was so good we had to go back and eat there again. This time I had the all you can eat ribs special. The serving was plentiful and the first plate was more than enough. Service was excellent

We have been there a couple times without reservations (before we found that reservations are so prevalent in this area) and although the food was always good, and the place is charming (love the open entrance from the street, the outside seating, the spiral staircase...to the second level) being seated without a reservation could be less than optimal and service could be slow, especially during heavy dinner hours (to be expected). But this time we remembered to make a reservation! Totally different experience; great seating (upstairs), over-the-top service, and awesome food. I love that they are open on Sundays! Unfortunately for this non-beer drinker, no liqueurs or sweet white wines!

Essen zu 3..1 schweinebraten, 1 Schäuferl und einen gemischten Teller mit Rippchen, eine Scheibe Schweinebraten, Knödel und Sauerkraut..wir waren alle doch recht enttäuscht..keinerlei Geschmack, weder Fleisch noch Biersoße waren zum Essen.. ging alles gesamt zur Hälfte zurück.. die leberknödelsuppe hat man auch vergessen können.. alles in allem war das Essen durchwegs enttäuschend und für insgesamt € 56,00 den Preis absolut nicht gerecht..war gedacht als Testessen für Weihnachten.. suchen uns sehr gerne eine andere Lokalität… das Risiko, wieder so hereinzufallen ist uns zu groß..in Bayern sagt man ja.. wenn der Schweinebraten schmeckt, passt auch das Andere.. einziger Lichtblick war das Bier...
