"Great restaurant with good food and super attentive service! Actually worth a recommendation. But…: We ordered a garnished sausage and cheese salad with a large portion of fries and one schnitzel fries, with vegetables instead of fries! When we paid at the end we found out that this change from fries to vegetables costs a whopping CHF 9 more!!!! Okay, if there are nice vegetables on it instead of fries, you might be able to charge a small surcharge. But 1. you mention it when you order and 2. you feel a bit ripped off at 9. ! If something like that goes into the small print category... it's a shame!"

"Ich wohne in dem Gebäude, in dem sich das Restaurant befindet. Wir haben wirklich darunter gelitten, diesen Ort unten zu haben. Wir können unseren Balkon nicht benutzen, weil die Herren, die dort arbeiten, ununterbrochen rauchen. Wir können keines unserer Fenster öffnen, weil der Rauch in unsere Wohnung gelangt. Der Mittagsschlaf meines Sohnes wird ständig durch den Klang des Hammer unterbrochen, den sie für die Fleischzubereitung in der Küche verwenden. Das Leben in diesem Gebäude wurde für uns wegen dieses Restaurants zu einem Albtraum. Die Vermieterin sagte, sie könne dagegen nichts unternehmen. Ich bedaure wirklich, dass ich mich dafür entschieden habe, in Tuggen neben dem Unternehmen zu wohnen, das niemanden respektiert, der mit ihm im selben Gebäude wohnt."
