Not what it used to be.Food was tepid not hot and the menu disappointing. Very expensive and not good value for money.

Felt rushed at times to choose from menu. Food was nice, service good. Have been a few times before but will probably not return as experience not as good as before

Gordon Ramsey Grill at the Savoy was incredible! Such a lovely evening the staff were totally amazing and there was a lot of staff. Everything attended to in seconds. Food was fabulous we had the taster menu which was so delicious enjoyed all Voir le carte

The staff were the superstars of the evening. They made us feel so special and also gave us lots of giggles. The food was outstanding, the Arnold Bennet was the best ever.. The atmosphere can be whatever you want it to be, the staff are so professional and can really read the room (table) This was a birthday treat so we’d never be regulars but will be our first stop when we get back to London.. Thierry and Louisa our waiter were just amazing… Thank you x

Most underwhelming. One main dish brought to the table was cold and had to be sent back to be reheated, the fish was alright but nothing special, the rest was quite bland and unexciting. The eclair dough was not good and the eclair itself tasteless. The blasting jazz music background was annoying, adding to the already noisy environment. The service on the other hand was good and attentive trying to make up for an overall poor experience. We were looking forward to enjoying a dazzling moment, we look back with great disappointment.

the environment is amazing and special, service unsurpassed everywhere I had the bark wellington medium, the medium rare and was still good, even a little chew in the middle and my wife had the pork chop that was incredibly I was selected to pay a 2017 angelo gaja compliment and it was an amazing wein I was a little panicked with flaked in serious £1000 range, so the apple pie was amazing and the poched pears with a desert wine (tokaji) was brilliant. when we rarely go out, it was special and we were made to feel something special which is great.
