"My overall experience at the restaurant was positive. It was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly, ensuring that our food was served quickly. The only downside is that it is somewhat pricier compared to other Saravana Bhavans, and I noticed that the medu vada was smaller than what I’ve seen at other locations. However, the other dishes I ordered were well-portioned and delicious. I would recommend this place, especially considering its value in the heart of London."

The food was amazing! Strongly recommend the Paneer Manchuria, Mysore dosa and filter coffee. Unlimited chutney is the best part!

Delicious! I had the chole bature, which I was craving fluffy like a cloud. Cauliflower manchurian was delish. The thali my friend order was filling and the mysore masala dosa was delish too

What a disappointment. I have been to Sarvana Bhavan on three continents and this was my least liked. The dosa was nothing like a dosa. The coffee was good though. There are restaurants serving better south-Indian food in London.

Its been months I moved to UK from India. It is bit struggle to find vegetarian food here but luckily I found this restaurant where they have good variety of delicious foods. I ordered North Indian Thali, it's taste reminded me old Indian taste. It was delicious and nostalgic. Voir le carte

Now, it's a Saravana bhawan, so all the Indians who read it don't need to introduce. for others it is a place where you can get a beautiful Indian spicy eating. the seat area is somewhat clogged and the place can wait during the meal. eating is good, but not as good as what they get in other franchise of saravana bhawan.

"The food here is consistently good, and I understand why the prices are higher than in Wembley due to the circumstances. However, I wouldn't pay £11.50 for a dosa again, as I feel it was too pricey for what it offered. On the other hand, the masala tea (£3.50) was delicious and served piping hot, just the way I like it."

Authentic South Indian experience in the heart of London. The thali is a great way to try a broad array of dishes, each with its own unique flavours. The dosa is thin, crispy, and fresh. The pricing is very steep and it may be more worthwhile to visit their suburban branches instead, which are roughly thirty per cent cheaper. Voir le carte

was in london with the family, when suddenly the wind began to blow and to what happiness we were near the hitalgar square and thought South Indian should be our retaliation, as it is warm a d full quality. the waiting period of 40 minutes is much, but even better than close to dishoom. we had dosas, idli and masala chai. it was in fact an authentic experience: and our rettung from cold weather.

I visited Saravana Bhavan over the weekend, and as always, I was impressed by the flavor of the food. It's one of the best places to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine, and I highly recommend dining here. When I went, the wait time was about 30 to 45 minutes. It's understandable to have a queue during busy hours, and it can even add to the experience. However, the waiting time could be significantly reduced if the service from ordering to payment were faster.

"Went here last night at the tail end of an office Christmas party and we stumbled (quite literally inside having been turned away at a restaurant next door. It was past closing though their OPEN sign was still on. Anyway! Although Oppa was just about to close, they took us in, a group of 6, and stayed open until we finished. When I realized we were in a Korean restaurant, I was so excited; I've been searching for a good Korean restaurant in the midlands. My colleagues were much less so as they had never had Korean food and were unfamiliar with everything on the menu. I ordered for everyone and despite some of them being difficult one colleague kept asking for samosas, aah! the service was faultless. Staff were super attentive and helpful, patient, friendly, good fun, and extremely accommodating. Just perfect! And they stayed open for us quite late without rushing us out, what more can you ask for? Ok, so the food. It was SO so good and I'm already planning to go back. The kimchi was bang on how I like (a big deciding factor for me strongly fermented/pickled and spicy, and fresh. All the bulgogi (marinated meat , dolsot bibimbap (sizzling rice bowl , jjigae (stew/ramen style soups , seafood and extras that were served tasted just like I had hoped they would. Presentation was great everything looked properly appetizing and vegetables and seafood, etc were all clean and fresh. I was too busy stuffing my face and enjoying the moment and company to take photos, but the few photos I've seen on here are true to life. Other things people might be interested in: This restaurant is kitted out to cook Korean BBQ at/in/on your table. It is spacious, with lots of tables and room to move around. Decor is tasteful and minimal. It is clean and indeed I was warned by staff when going upstairs to the ladies' to be careful as the stairs and the toilets had all just been cleaned (and clean they were! . If you're looking for good Korean food, look no further. If you're looking to try Korean food for the first time, this is a great place to start. Go for it! Might see you there, if I can help it :D [I've copied this review over from where I originally posted it because this listing and the one for OPPA in Leicester are the same exact restaurant, FYI]"
