Das Fleisch und der Fisch waren trocken,Keine Reaktion der Bedienung auf unsere Beschwerde .Alte Gerichte wurden aus der Karte entfernt, weil sie zu aufwendig für die Küche sein.

What a terrific atmosphere--relaxing and fun. We are living in Norway but are from Houston, TX and although the food is southwestern the place reminded us of home. Our waiter was great! The food was fair to good with ample serving sizes at reasonable prices.

we tried the new Mexican restaurant for birthday. the food came after 55 minutes and it was not a special one. we had to ask three times for dessert whether it comes and twice for the bill. the waiters were very nice, but the overall experience. was unsatisfactory.

Fangen wir beim Personal an:Supernett und megaflexibel und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Top Leistung !!!Zum Essen:Wir hatten die Fajita mit Steak und Fisch für 2 Personen. Sie war superlecker und man merkte die frischen Produkte. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns war die fehlende mexikanische Würze und Schärfe. Tipp von uns:Am Wochenende auch nur für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall reservieren.

with burgers and the positive reviews here we visited on Wednesday night to see how germany mexiko does. the dinge started well when we could get 1.5 liter pitcher of caught jever, and were better than a behemoth of a burritos lay on the table. stuffed with huhn, drilling and vegetables, it more than on the place. with a little hotter sauce on the table to give more fire, empty teller went back to the kitchen and very happy moms paid and left

Große Auswahl an wirklich authentischem mexikanischem Essen, aber Vorsicht: Wenn man scharfes Essen bestellt, bekommt man das auch. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die hausgemachte Habanero-Sauce. Die merkt man auch noch am nächsten Tag ;-)Die Portionen sind recht groß, die Qualität ist Spitze.Der Service war sehr, sehr aufmerksam ohne jemals aufdringlich zu wirken - so muß es sein.Auch die Getränke waren sehr lecker . den Moscow Mule kann ich sehr empfehlen.Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Kiel werden wir da ganz sicher wieder essen!!

Das lässt sich ja fast denken das es schwer ist in einem TexMeX Laden auch was vegetarisches zu finden aber manch mal muss man halt mal mit Freunden mit und kompromissbereit sein. Überbackene Nachos oder Mozzarella Sticks sind jetzt aber nicht der Brüller und auch die Salate sind außer dem kleinen Beilagensalat alle mit Fleisch oder Fisch und dazu recht pricey. Auch stelle ich mir bei TexMeX eher was Scharfes vor, das gibts hier auch-auf Nacfrage, also vorher dran denken. Die Bedienung ist übrigens sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

we really wanted to like this place. the staff is lovely, the cuisine unusual for kiel. perhaps i was burdened by too much knowledge of what authentic southwestern US food is like--my partner enjoyed the thing that they call a burrito okay--i just happen to...know that it really wasn't a burrito. but the real problem was my seafood sampler. the grilled shrimp was good, but one of the two types of fish was badly overcooked and the other was merely bland. the grilled veggies were good, though. rumor is that the more expensive items (the bison dishes) are good--maybe we just ordered poorly. but despite the very nice atmosphere, there are lots of places we'd go before returning here.

we chose this restaurant because we were a mixed group of all around and a few people on a vegan diet (I and the nabenby), we thought a mexican would definitely offer both options. And apparently this restaurant is an institution in kiel (i.e.... there is forever.) the atmosphere is what they expect from a tex mex ort. our waiter was super friendly, and when I asked if the Quinoa patents were vegan, he immediately went on to explain what was on the menu or was 't or could simply 'veganized'... I was very impressed. the starters were ready in no time (afteros with salsa and some quite interesting jalapenos chili filled with peanut butter hot! , but unfortunately the main course took much long...
