Sandbay Bar, Cafe, And Restaurant

Friendly staff, nice food for all family ,would visit again in the future when visiting sand bay close to the sea.

We went here a couple of times in July While we stayed up the road Lovely cafe/bar bar prices for drinks good prices We had chips at the shop lovely A place not to be missed we be back for sure

Had a lovely warm welcome from barman (didn't get name but he's a credit to you). All staff very friendly, service was quick food value for money. Restaurant clean so was the toilets. Would definitely visit again. Keep up the good work.

Nice clean place, nice couple, food was nice, I had fish and chips, pot of mushy peas and a pint of Guinness, it said fish and chips on the board outside but then I realised that was to take away, nice atmosphere and...a pleasant couple, even if a little expensive

After taking a bus ride out of Weston super Mare on a chilly, blustering morning, walking along the beach I came across The Sandbay Tea Rooms. What a surprise ! I was given a warm, smiley welcome from mine hosts' Dave and Matt'. After a...delicious Hot coffee and chocolate shortbreads I I resumed my walk with renewed energy ! Thank you Sandbay Tea Rooms, I shall definitely be back.

This family-friendly restaurant near the pier and beach offers reasonable prices and quick service. The staff is attentive and the food is delicious. While some meal times may be better than others, overall we were satisfied with our experience. They even warned us on a busy Saturday that the food might take 45 minutes, but it actually arrived in just 20 minutes. The desserts were particularly tasty.

I had a pleasant dining experience at this restaurant. However, during my second visit, we were informed that they were unsure how to prepare a double gin that we had ordered the previous day. The server asked us if we wanted a single or double instead. It seemed like they were understaffed and under pressure. Despite this, the burger was delicious! We were told there would be a 40-minute wait for our dinner, but our mixed grill arrived quickly. The only downside was that we felt a bit bothersome when placing our order. Fortunately, we were able to enjoy a 25% discount with our blue light discount card, as we are both nurses.

Upon arriving last night, we were not welcomed warmly. The hostess who seated us appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic. When we requested to be seated closer to the restaurant, she declined. Initially, we had a negative impression of the restaurant. However, our experience quickly improved when another waitress approached our table. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided us with exceptional service. She was so outstanding that I felt compelled to inform her manager about how she had positively influenced our opinion of the restaurant and deserved recognition.
