"To begin with I had to ring twice to see where my food was as it took way over an hour to be delivered, the man on the phone provided no solutions and very poor customer service. Once the food had came the large breakfast looked more like a snack for a 7 year old, both meals were poorly presented and a lot of the food was burnt too the point where it was more like eating a bag of crisps. The sausages tasted like I’d just took a bite out of my car tyre! More food was chucked away than eaten with both meals it was so poor I didn’t even offer it to the dog. Never mind the fact it was £17, if I had cooked it myself or gone to another place it would of been 10x quicker, cheaper and nicer! When we ordered from here last year it was lovely I don’t know if it’s just a bad day but something really took a wrong turn."

I had delivery and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to my house. I would never order from here again. Also, when the food got here, the nachos were cold with the cheese NOT melted, and the nachos tasted as if they were from tesco.

The food was just really bad , not even homemade oatcakes they were in a pack, bacon really salty and dry the sausage was that hard you could bounce it off a wall mushrooms were burnt everything was so bad £15 straight in the bin will never use again. Disgusting.

This is a lovely, cozy café with friendly staff and excellent value for money. The food is delicious and of outstanding quality. I always find it difficult to choose what to order because there's such a wide variety. You absolutely have to try Sammy's Homemade Burgers! And don’t miss out on their homemade specials as well! Worst food around and very rude staff think he was called Kal very poor attitude. Dirty kitchen from what I cud see from the counter. If I hadn’t already paid I would never have bought from ere. Also very long wait told it be ready in 10 and still waiting 20 mins later guy didn’t seen to care and told me well next time go elsewhere.

A cozy café with friendly staff that offers great value for money. The food is incredibly delicious and of excellent quality. I often find it hard to decide what to order because there are so many delightful options to choose from. You definitely must try Sammy's homemade burgers—they're a highlight! And don’t forget to sample their house specials as well!

I can't even give them a star. They delivered the wrong filling on the oatcake, and the plastic bags and boxes were melted onto the food. When I called to politely ask for the oatcake I actually ordered, they said they would need to check the kitchen cameras to make sure we weren't lying. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. I ordered from Sammy's Kitchen, but my food arrived half an hour late. Two meals were missing beans, and the hot dog was a complete disappointment—don't bother ordering it. They also forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger. I ordered two drinks, and they were missing as well. When I spoke to the manager, who was quite aggressive, he said it would take another hour to get my drinks. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issues. I really miss this place; the food that did arrive was so unappetizing that my dog wouldn't even eat it.
