"Very picturesque pub in a lovely little village. Very quiet when we went so we sat in the courtyard which was a great way to get out of the sun. Olive and bread starter was great, chips and onion rings were really good and the portions were huge! Chicken wings were a bit odd as they were battered. Staff were a bit busy watering plants and having lunch so took a while to get their attention but once we did they were really friendly"

Lovely country pub! The hosts couldn't do more to ensure their guests have a great time, I wanted a dish that wasn't on the Sunday menu, they cooked it for me anyway Thoroughly recommend

Small and friendly pub with warm and homely atmosphere. Not the widest menu but all food was hot and tasty and freshly cooked. Prices reasonable and friendly staff. Worth calling in if in the area.
