Had a great meal last night in The Rowan Tree , 2 steaks and a bottle of wine for £20 was great value for money , would have known about the deal had our friendly server not told us “Thank You”

after work for a quick bite, ordered the cowboy burger, it was fantastic best burger I had in a long time; friendly staff, good service and excellent value for money. would be dessert again in any case

Lovely meal tonight. Sunday roast was lovely so worth the money. Our servers Ross, Erin and Rebecca made sure we felt welcome and were very attentive. Definitely recommend it’s a family favourite for us.

Went last Monday night for a family meal we were a table of 10, staff very friendly welcoming! Staff were also very attentive whether to check if we needed drinks or to just ask if everything was ok! Everyone enjoyed the meal all 10 of us had something different to eat! The Rowan tree has a nice menu not that expensive

Went in on Wednesday night to try out the new menu. The old popular dishes are still there with some extra dishes added. Great choice, love the new menu. Staff very helpful as usual and the new fizz on tap is an added bonus . Can highly recommend the Brazilian rump skewer No more 2 4 1 but the prices are amended to reflect that so actually works out better if there's an odd number of you

Last night there was for date night and had their 2 steak dinner and a bottle of wine for £20 (day special). you have to say it was amazing, the steak was well done, but still juicy, the mini-pilz and peppermint sauce cake was lush and the service was fantastic, they could not have been more helpful. I've been a few times since the revision and have no complaints at all. would also recommend the brazillian kebab if they had a little spicy
