large deli – restaurant in the old city center of lüneburg. before they visit the restaurant to the hottest and so glad that chef michael röhm das deli opened after the closure of the hottest. great service and excellent food. from starter to dessert all...courses reflected the passion of food, fresh products and service. I can only recommend this jewel. remember to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

rohm is a talented cook and the menu is creatiw, but on our visit was eating not according to its standards and the staff was unstoppable. pasta with wild mushrooms was oversalted and sandy, suggesting that the mushrooms were not well cleaned after leaving the...wild contains an Asian influenced healbutt contains laboriously dried-ramen-style nud, but the fish was hard. the rather brutal waitress disappeared for a long time despite a sparing late-lunch client and had to be chased on the leak. on request small glasses were provided conductive water, but were never filled again. others in my family had better reasons, but if I had lived here, I would try again.

we are very sorry when the Michelin star chef michael röhm ended his restaurant for heidkrug in 2014. we had eaten there often and were never disappointed. we knew that he opened a new place with a completely different concept, so we were happy to test röhms deli at our recent visit to lüneburg. we were not disappointed. although the selection of meal times is limited, it is creatiw and tempting. our food was delicious. the sweet potato friars were some of the best I've ever eaten. we sat outside on the pleasant terrace, but I also had a view of the interior dining room that is beautiful. if they had not closed on Sunday and Monday, we would have gone to another meal.
