Enjoyed a long-awaited weekend lunch with a dear friend. Fabulous service, gorgeous ambience and delicious food. Neither of us can wait for an excuse to return. Thank you so much Pauline and Chef. Wonderful!

This is a lovely restaurant with limited covers meaning the whole experience is very intimate and service is great. The food was great but not exceptional. Would go again as it was a lovely evening. There's no pressure to turn around the tables so you can linger here and fully enjoy your evening.

Pauline and Chris are lovely. The restaurant is exceptional and nothing really prepares you for how magical the venue really is. The whole experience was one of a kind. There is so much to say about Rockwood, such a stunning restaurant. This place is a must from the beautiful decor, attentive staff, ambience and unbelievably amazing food!! We went for my husband’s 50th and it couldn’t have been any better , the food was perfect everything was perfect! Thank you Chef and Pauline for making such a special memory for us We will be back!

Amazing! Definitely the top restaurant in the Wirral. If you want something exceptional, this is the place to go! Excellent communication from the moment we booked, to the friendly welcome we received when we arrived at the beautiful venue. The food was absolutely fantastic. We tried the scallops and trio of pork, both of which were delicious. The staff were incredibly accommodating. We are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to Pauline and the team!

I 100% agree with the people who have gave this 1 star. From the outside, the ambience looks incredible, on pictures the food looks delicious but if you dare to question anything, you may as well not even bother. Everyone has their own way of doing things and I understand thought has gone into things, but you go out to enjoy yourselves, not to be told exactly what to do and how to enjoy it. Criticism is hard to take when your passionate about what you do, but some times it's needed. I didn't enjoy my experience here. Voir le carte

My partner and I came to this restaurant for a birthday meal and we both agreed that it was the best dining experience we have ever had! The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and was beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional and even greeted us by name, which was a nice touch. The food was incredible! There were plenty of options to choose from and everything was delicious. While the prices were a bit higher than a typical restaurant, the quality and taste were definitely worth it. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

I cannot praise Rockwood enough! The exquisite decor and meticulous attention to detail is reminiscent of Louis XIV. Everywhere you turn, there is something to admire, from the ornate ceiling to the impressive fireplace. And the food... it is truly on par with Michelin star quality. It's hard to believe that such a fantastic restaurant is tucked away in New Brighton, but I am not complaining - it's conveniently located right by my home! The service is exceptional and the staff are incredibly welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like a treasured guest. I will definitely be returning soon!

What a find this place was, fabulous food, which was both creative and traditional at the same time. Fantastic service, an incredible venue, oh, and very reasonable prices. My wife and I skipped starters as we were heading for a show later, but the olives appetiser, soaked in blood oranges and pomegranate was amazing. However the mains, Bala lamb and pot roasted beef, were delicious and complimented with an eclectic mix of vegetables, which added to the meal, rather than just being accompaniments. We ended with coffee and petit fours, again both of which were excellent, and all washed down with a great rose wine from Cote de Thau.
