Riverside Terrace At Crowne Plaza Stratford-upon-avon

Once again, I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, and I wasn't disappointed! The food is delightful, just like always.

5.75 a pint of Stella. Staff added 10% service charge on top. (I queued to be served and took my drink back to my table) 6.33 a pint in total

Lovely setting and decent food but thought the menu was a little limited and they were clearly understaffed as many places are at the moment. Good for a spot of lunch but there are other options in town. Voir le carte

The staff were very friendly. While the starter was disappointing, the main dish was excellent. The food was reasonably priced, but the wine was quite overpriced. The tables and chairs were interchangeable, and the lighting was too bright, with the music also being excessively loud.

We enjoyed a delightful lunch on the terrace, where the Balearic music and saxophonist created a wonderful summery atmosphere. Our server, James, was very attentive, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic lunch in the sun at a perfect location. An experience we won't forget! We'll definitely be back.

Excellent service. Welcomed by our waiter Sam who was so pleasant and friendly, nothing was to much trouble for him. He’s a real asset to your team. Our reservation didn't go through with Riverside, but luckily there were plenty of available tables in the restaurant. It was quite noisy due to the many people at the bar attending a conference. The food was good, although the chips were incredibly hot, so we had to let them cool for about 15 minutes. On a positive note, the service was excellent.

I made a reservation waiting to eat at a restaurant, but it turns out that at this time there is only service at the bar. We end up eating from the bar's small menu, being served by the bar-tenders (very friendly, but they are not restaurant waiters.) the meal frankly...not good or bad. they should correct the schedules to not make reservations before 17:00 when the restaurant opens.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by an unorganized scene at the bar, making it somewhat difficult to locate the entrance. Fortunately, a very helpful and friendly waitress guided us to a table located as far from the bar as possible. My wife wanted to order a cocktail, but due to the chaotic atmosphere at the bar, the waitress suggested it might be challenging. However, she managed the difficult circumstances exceptionally well. The starter and main course were both very good, but there was a long delay before the dessert was served. I sensed that during the Christmas party season, guests may not receive the best service.
