If I could give this place no stars I would. Terrible service and terrible food. They should be closed down

Ordered from just eat and the order was really late will never order again at all so uninterested in the customer

Uk number 1 for fish and chips , not even Henrys of hunstanton comes close to this place , very polite and helpfull staff , will travel again to this chip shop

Ordered via Just Eat, arrived early. Chips could have done with a bit longer in the fryer, but we all ordered something different and all arrived correct. Shish kebab and pizza were particularly homemade and tasty. They added a free Tango and sweets for my...son. Much appreciated :

We read the reviews so we were put off immediately but thought we’d scope the place out. To find… the chef in chef outfit and hat picking his nose finger deep in the front window. He didn’t even stop when we saw him. We then...realised we’d previously ordered on just eat and it was the most disgusting, cold old tasting fish and chips we’d ever had! Such a shame it would be so nice to eat fish and chips on your boat here! This is not even a joke!

We took our boat to Godmanchester and thought we would get some fish and chips for the family. After a very long wait we trued to order. The owner was very rude and short with us. Then asked for sauces as told he had no...sauce even though I could see it (I have no idea what on earth that was about) do we walked out. He threw the chips back into the fryer. We have no reason for him to react that way...0/10 we ate at the Exhibition pub great pizza and chips with a lovely pint then an ice cream to finish10/10 for them Shame as we visit a lot on the boat.

I ordered this today for my mum and myself 2X cod and chips not a hard order but was told I can’t pay via card I had to go on the app. I then say I will pay cash in delivery. …. Well after being...told 25/30 minutes it will arrive a hour later it hasn’t ! I ring them up to be told it won’t arrive within a short period of time I explain I waited a hour he said well I do t know how long maybe 15/20 minutes and hung up on me. I call them again after waiting 2 hours for them not to answer the phone …. 2 and a half hours our fish and chips arrives swimming in Grease …..

I ordered from here using Just eat and after 1hr decided to cancel order. A very rude man called me saying it was his business and that he had my food already, begged me to reorder and promised a refund for the original order. 3...weeks later I called to see where my refund was and he said that I had to take it up with Just Eat. I reminded him that he promised a refund and he said that he can't help sorry, take it up with them. I said that I would be leaving a negative review here and he said you can do whatever you want so here it is! Cold food, over an hour late and extremely rude wish I had read the reviews here beforehand! Terrible.. avoid!
