"We stopped here for a lunchtime drink, the waiter noticed us reading the menu of the day, he said the pork dish was a Majorcan speciality and was wonderful there. Both being pork lovers and the inside of the restaurant looked pleasant and as it was Sunday we booked a table for that evening. The first course was marinated seafood salad, it came in a small bowl a couple of small prawns and squares of unidentifiable fish, lots of grated carrot, onions and shredded lettuce, it was swimming in a mixture of oil and vinegar. I left mine, it was not to my taste, but my husband ate his saying “it was alright”, but he eats anything. The rustic bread with it was very nice. Slightly disappointed we looked forward to the pork. We were presented with two scrappy pieces of pork, all bone and very little meat, my husbands was so char grilled it was really blackened, it needed some gravy or apple sauce and the only accompanying vegetables was deep fried chopped potatoes, no veg or salad garnish. It was awful. The wine which was part of the deal was so cloudy in an unidentified bottle it looked like bitter lemon. Finally the dessert, not the lovely picture of homemade crème caramel in the pictures, but a supermarket carton style turned out onto the plate. We were so disappointed with the experience."
