"Booked here for Xmas Dinner. 5 people and meals pre ordered so what could go wrong? 4 out of 5 of us received wrong food. Starters were ok. 2 steaks ordered medium but when they arrived one was rare. 1 vegetarian was supposed to be but loaf but it turned out to be a meat substitute for turkey or something. 1 medium bowl of vegetables for 3 people and literally 1 green bean. No joke! Yorkshire puddings looked the bomb but they disintegrated when cut into. Totally hollow! Two desserts were supposed to be chocolate mousse as described in their own menu but when arrived it was something completely different. When challenged they came up with some waffle and said we had misinterpreted the menu. The pistachio dessert was off the menu due to an accident or something but they didn’t bother to tell us until after mum had started the random desert they gave her without bothering to say anything. All in all not a good experience. They didn’t even ask us if we enjoyed our meals as we were leaving. I think that says everything. Food average. Staff friendly but won’t be going back."

We booked this restaurant online. It was very quiet. We had our order taken and food arrived soon after. The food was good. Service was good. Restaurant was not too big. Service badly let this nice restaurant down!! Took away side plates when still eating bread, 3 servings of chips plonked on one plate, 2 dolcelatte sauces served in 1 soup bowl with a desert spoon. Double expresso served in an ordinary coffee cup. This is just the kitchen being very lazy.!!! who wants to eat off one plate.. Shocking.. Come in Rialto pull your socks up and get things back on track. Food was great, music good so why spoil it. Meal type: Dinner
