"Why do you hire people who have so little desire to work? It used to be busy, but today it 's half empty. We had to wait over 15 minutes for the menu and then were ignored for 10 minutes so that we had to go to the bar ourselves to order. Oh yes, and you don 't get a greeting either, you just get a tired pat and Wand sie öppis bstelle ? Of course I want to order something, otherwise I wouldn 't be here! And then... another endless wait for 2 soft drinks. After that we were ignored for 1.5 hours. We didn 't see the waitress again. We then helped ourselves to two glasses of water at the reception. We then went back to the bar to pay. 3 people stand behind the bar, unfriendly and unproductive. It 's sad what has become of your previously very good palette! Luckily the shop isn 't full, otherwise people would die of thirst at your speed. There were almost 10 tables occupied inside and outside and the waitress can 't remember who was sitting where and who ordered what. It 's not the first time we 've experienced these things with you, but it 's definitely the last time!! Dear Management: You have been receiving feedback for months/years about your unmotivated, unfriendly and slow staff. You also answer... but exactly nothing changes. It 's a shame about the cool location. Ps: the toilets in the basement are just embarrassing!! (Visit on March 20, 2024 at 5:50 p.m."

Nicely furnished, but the music is too loud and there is no understanding when people point it out. They were just shouted at by the “DJ”.

Ob mittags, nachmittags oder abends, es gibt immer was leckeres zu knabbern. Leckere Salate, hammermässige Kuchen (Cheesecake) und Drinks. Ein Platz um zu entspannen und Freunde treffen.

Was in the bar only, don 't know for the hotel. The bar looks nice, in retro style. Weekend nights it is open until midnight but they stopped serving coffee at 22:00 ... the barman just cleaned the maschine.

Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam, so zu sagen immer zur Stelle, wenn man an sie denkt. Essen, Wein und Bier war sehr genussvoll. Passend zu Speis und Trank war auch das Ambiente. Meine Freundin ich freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

War restlos überzeugt vom Angebot. Für 25 CHF (exklusive Heissgetränke) konnte man dort einfach vom Buffet nehmen, war alles richtig gut (Käse, Joghurt (selbstgemacht), Milch, sogar Prosecco, Gipfeli, verschiedene Brote, ...) halt alles was zum Brunchen braucht! Mein persönliches Highlight waren die Pancakes, die man selber machen konnte.Einfach sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Food and Drink in Zürich. Komme seit Jahren hier her. Mal zum Feierabendapero, mal zum Geburtstagsapero und kann sagen, dass ich immer sehr zufrieden war, sei es mit dem Essen oder Aperos... einfach ein Ort zum wohlfühlen.... und ja, der AperolSpritz ist spitze und der Strohhalm aus Glas eine super Idee und der Drink schmeckt viiiiiel besser. Danke an das gesamte Team
