Wir haben im Equitable einen perfekten Abend verbracht. Das gewählte 6-Gang Menü wurde durch Grüsse aus der Küche zu einem wunderbaren 10-Gang Dinner. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die einzelnen Gänge haben uns jedoch nicht mehr vom Hocker gehauen , teilweise fanden wir sie sogar etwas schwer/ mastig . Der Ansatz mit regionalen/fairen Produkten ist gut, aber die geschmackliche Raffinesse hat uns dieses Mal gefehlt.
