Rather disappointing value for money, disappointing services

Order pork side 350 me and a friend ended up with chops. Very small

Had a wonderful meal there. The service is quick and precise, a wonderful selection of meats and poultry. The waiter was friendly and gave us loads of recommendations for the food and wine. They have a fab list of French and Suisse wines.

Ironically I'm not a meat eater but my friends treated me to this lovely place and I was able to find a wonderful meal and a delightful setting that felt truly unique. This is a favorite of some of my friends in the region for...good good or special occasions so I was honored they selected this for me ..

Honestly, I 'm more than disappointed with the last few times I 've been there, given the price, you expect to have what you order on the menu, but to have a substitute, without having been informed, with a service which leaves something to be desired due to the wait, and the way in which we are answered, implied: We don 't care what you say . It 's unfortunate, especially given the reputation of the restaurant.

we were invited with a larger group to eat in this restaurant. in the first floor was beautifully covered. the service was reserved but extremely professional. the food excellent from the appetizer to the dessert. the local is specialized in meat, so most have opted for the filetsteak and have not been disappointed. some had chosen the fish plate and were also busy. we were personally approved by the maitre de cuisine when leaving the local area.

Very good restaurant for hunting (saddle), in any case in terms of meat and cooking over a wood fire which brings a nice touch of inimitable taste! On the other hand, the accompaniments such as the spätzlis do not seem to be homemade and the grand veneur sauce does not, in my opinion, have a sufficiently assertive taste. In any case at 75. /person for a saddle of deer in La Chaux de Fonds, I think it must be exemplary. The setting is cozy and warm.

visit with a group. the restaurant is located opposite a football field, is rather inconspicuous from the outside. the building is historical. you enter the gas room via a quite steep staircase, the old one of the building owed. the room is comfortably furnished. the restaurant is known for its meat dishes from the grill, the bark fillet was perfectly cooked, the pommes frites crisp, not burned, the tasty dressing tasty. a mushroom-collectulet as an appetizer with fresh mushrooms was very good, the dessert variations also.
