eating mussels on a terrace with the impression of being feet in the water, this is what awaits you at Hecht Restaurant. The staff is coming, even if you don't speak the language. The meal is excellent, the wine too. The grade is a little high, but we're not going every day.

A higher category fish restaurant directly on Lake Thun. Reservations are strongly recommended, ideally in summer on the beautiful outdoor terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. The food isn't exactly cheap, but the quality of the fish dishes is really excellent! My personal highlight is the chef's fish soup. (see video) Voir le carte

we were very kindly received by the service staff and got a table on the sunny terrace directly at the lake. we ordered the festivalmenus, zander gebacken und sourbraten, both tasted excellent. the attentive service and the quick kitchen made the stay very short. the price power ratio is very good and the terrace directly at the water a hit. we have a table reserved for ostern and look forward to the fresh whispers we will try. to the next

service: the reception and the service is friendly and professional. the ambienteist medium-pretentious (70/80s,) beautiful which is on the lake of Thun.The big shade is the kitchen, we haven't eaten as badly as in the rest. risotto with a fancy cream, garnished with a strawberry.This unusual combination was inedible. sour roast (ugs: suure mogge) with potato stick: this was not an sour roast but an ordinary bark roast. the finished product stocki is even better than the baroque stick served. you can still accept this in a big canteen, but not here.

A lovely lakefront restaurant. We are visiting friends here and were disappointed the place was closed last time we were at Faulensee, but it was worth the wait. We both had the grilled lake whitefish, Felchen, which was delicious with buttered potatoes and green mixed salads. Beautiful view of Lake Thunersee. My wife slept in a Citroen here in 1963 with her parents and brother on a European auto tour because all the lodgings were full! We plan to make this a regular stop on our European trips. Friendly and efficient service and a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. I forgot to mention that my wife 's family name is Hecht, same as the restaurant, German for pike fish! Voir le carte
