The food was pretty ok. Service not especially friendly, but not rude. We were a group of 4 and 1 person didn't get their food until a good 20-25 minutes after the rest of us got ours.

not tourist restaurant at the border between prenzlauer mountain and pankow. classic German kitchen: baked blackshaxe, gulasch, schnitzel etc. great beer and huge portioning great value for money.

I'm regularly here to eat. who is looking for an upscale kitchen is wrong here, but the home cooking is delicious and the ambiente incl. terrace (to the street) cozy and the service warm friendly. if you are looking for a cozy evening at königsberger klopsen, steak au four or schnitzel it is right here.Gerne again.

it is worth returning as a refresher.we recommend everyone who expects tasty home cooking to return here.be it cauliflower or also blood and liver sausages,because radeberger or landmann to moderate preisen.espresso and cappuccino are very well managed,of course from previous use.also breakage damage are long removed and will continue to be used.

we were at a day where the load was well filled. although we were 1 person more than in the reservation, we were helped quickly and easily. the food was very good, the frying sauce superlecker. a point to go from me actually only because the service did not know individual products of their drink card and certain products were not available on the drink card. the bill was quite high, price and quality are right here but definitiw. a real tipp for floor-to-ceiling home cooking.

we liked it very well. the aromen are the original, finally the true tastes we were looking for, typical of Germany. the restaurant is also made of aesthetically visible a piece of jewellery and the staff very nice and helpful, we understood ourselves despite linguistic difficulties. we had two very good dark beers, the typical chopballs with lobster sauce, königsberger klopse and the classic brew sausage in darker and brighter variants. everything with a kartoffel supplement. highly recommended.

the location, something outside the prenzlberg - well to reach, is ok, the menu is quite extensive with absolute focus on German dressing, from East German spices to Bavarian swainshaxe, the obligatory Wiener schnitzel, tafelspitz, rouladen etc. what have so much already tried and everything was super tasty. the services are friendly and fast, you can sit very nicely on the terrace in the summer, but also inside it is cozy/rustic. prices are fair. all inclusive: a recommended local in good location with very good rustic German cuisine.
