Red Rose Tandoori - Carte

You can't go wrong with Red Rose, whether you're dining in or getting takeout, it's always excellent! The portion sizes are generous and worth the price.

Food was delivered. Sauces masala and korma) were much too sweet. Spoiled the meal. Did not enjoy the food from that restaurant. Will not order from them again.

Awful, took over an hour to arrive despite being an 8 min walk way and the food was cold and inedible. When i phoned there was no attempt to apologise or make good just talking over me and denying any fault. Avoid this place.

Ordered a takeaway. Was quite disappointing. Food was quite bland. Had prawn on puri which was tasteless and watery. Also had lamb biriyani. This was a little better but not enough flavour. The vegetable curry on the side was tasteless and watery too. The only thing we enjoyed was the peshwari naan. Won’t be ordering again.

The delivery took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive, even though my house is only a 10-minute drive from the restaurant. When I called after an hour to inquire about the delay, the staff were very rude and unhelpful, claiming they didn't know when the food would arrive. The chicken tikka masala I ordered was also disappointing - lacking in flavor, thin, watery, and overall one of the worst I've ever had. Voir le carte

Loved the takeaway I got from here! The menu is simple and doesn’t go on forever like you find in many restaurants. Prices are very good value (especially in this area) and Just Eat gives a further 20% reduction on a Tuesday. The lamb was proper spiced tandoori tender lamb, forgot how good it is when it’s cooked right! Curries are chunky and delicious, the mint yoghurt is not watered down and the mushroom rice was tasty. Avoid the bhajis, much better items on the menu. Will definitely order from here again.

2 hour wait for food had to call them twice. They delivered in a car not efficient in London hence they couldn’t find parking. Rude service : delivered without a single word. Oh and to top it off tastes terrible. Ditto what everyone else says here just tastes not good. Stale poppodum. Bad flavour to mint sauce. Tasteless vegetable dishes. Chicken tikka too spicy no flavour just spice. Hope that everyone checks out this review and decides not to order with them wish we had researched first and seen all the bad reviews.

If you close your eyes and guess what your eating, you would not have a clue? Under seasoned, under flavour, under texture. The middle photo shows a vegetable curry and a Bombay potato , looked the same taste the same!!!!! Prawn purée was a total failure on all counts, no flavour no seasoning, no spices! The free popadom was smashed and not a whole one anyway. Chicken biryani was lack lustre, chicken tikka Marsala 4 pieces of chicken, no flavour but loads of heat, onion bajhee just a ball of dough with onions, no flavour!!! We’ve renamed it RED FLAG stay away!!!!!!!!! Only saving grace was the naan and pilau rice but the were stone cold, and we collected! Voir le carte
