"This is one of the age old places where the terminology of what 's good is good thoroughly applies. The restaurant sits in probably not the most desirable area of Manchester. There is no fancy interior greeting the patrons, and fipperies are limited to napkins with your meal. BUT and it is a capitalised enormous BUT, the food here is truly phenomenal. The lamb tagine is the best you 'll eat this side of anywhere. Note how I didn 't refer the morroco here, because the tagine here is better than any I had in morroco. The bread is beautifully rustic, and everything is served hot, and with a smile. Highly highly recommended to those people who appreciate the food above everything else, because nothing else really matters."

One of my favourite restaurants! The food tastes amazing! One of the best pastas I've ever had. Their tajine is outstanding and they offer different ingredients so it's difficult to try everything at once, which is good for me as I would love to keep coming and trying new stuff. Highly recommended and the owner/chief is such a great guy.

This place is amazing ! I am from the USA but lived in Morocco a couple of years ...and anytime I travel I try to find authentic Moroccan food because I miss it so much! This place definitely did not dissapoint! I am only in Manchester for four days but wish I had this place where I live. The Moroccan mint tea and chicken couscous was authentic and amazing ! All for 20 GBP! Definitely reccomend. They only take cash but it's worth it just prepare in advance .
