Delicious food, fantastic restaurant, and a nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

Brisket was amazing, servers could've been a bit friendlier so would've felt less begrudging paying the service charge.

Food was well.made and was delicious. There were 5 of us and we all.had different meals but all were lovely. Our server was great, we were not rushed. A lovely meal out!

I had an incredible burger at this restaurant. The peppercorn sauce was amazing and I highly recommend it. The strawberry margarita was a great way to end the meal as well.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but the service was disappointing. It took a long time for someone to take our order, and we had to wait a while for our drinks as well. The staff were friendly, but the overall experience was affected by the slow service.

Food was outstanding. Also nice surprise that there was a weekly lunch deal, however the staff lacked knowledge and were very slow in coming to the table. I always have to wait atleast half an hour to catch someone for the bill at the end but overall it was brilliant.

Ordered a platter that looked completely different to what was advertised online , the burger buns was completely burnt to a crisp. Asked for bill waited over 20 mins ended up going to the bar to pay there. Came here for a birthday meal and it completely ruined the mood of the day. Would not recommend

I have been to red dog twice this week, once with family and once with a friend. Both times the food has been excellent! Great presentation, well cooked food, cant fault that one bit. Service at red dog is the only thing that lets them down. Both visits service wasn't great,.. when we are ready to order i found myself looking around for a server, same if you wanted another drink or the bill. The server did check back in both times to see how the food was, but overall thats the only thing that kets red dog down.

We thoroughly enjoy our visits to Red Dog in Southampton. The selection of food is impressive, and usually good quality. The service is normally good, and occasionally exceptional. In this occasion, the food was good, but not the usual high standard we’re used to. The brisket seemed quite dry, the ribs were quite tough and a few other minor irritations. Not enough to stop us coming again, but a little disappointed. The service on this occasion felt a bit like we were being rushed. We were eating quite a substantial amount of food, and had paused for a few short moments with food still on the dishes, and got asked if we were all done, as one example.
