Wanted to eat well today at the Italian. The menu is German with a maximum of 8 dishes. Wouldn't be bad if at least the dishes taste good. But far missed.... I had a Wiener Schnitzel. That was so thin that you could almost look through and this thin carving was also made in the fryer. There are still a few pommes for this.The price of almost 23Euro is absolutely not justified. The other dish was semmelknödel with mushroom sauce. Probably the semmelknödel from the discounter are better. Once and never again. There is one star for the juice choir

Restaurant was opened in September.Trotz Italian flair currently only Swabian dishes and only small map. Onion roasts and Wiener Schnitzel were very good.Due to the currently strained personnel situation, the service personnel are lacking. The two chefs have served us alternately competently and very friendly.The Italian institution makes appetite for Italian food. Is there not yet, but should come. I'm looking forward to that.
