I've ordered from here several times, and they consistently understand what gluten-free means. They also make the best burgers!

I had a fantastic experience at Pyke n Pommes today! I enjoyed my first gluten-free burger with a bun, along with fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. The staff were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this place! Voir le carte

Had a rainy walk along the Quay today and stopped for a bite to eat! Little one loved the haddock and said the chips are the best she's ever had!! I agree they were amazing!! Great food, fantastic staff and great to see everything cooked so freshly with great passion in every order and the prices are really good too! Thanks guys!

I visited today with my family and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. The kids had fish and chips, while we ordered gluten-free burgers, veggie burgers, and gluten-free fish served with salad and potatoes. Everything was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding, and I had the prettiest burger I've ever seen! I can't wait to come back! x

I've dined here twice this week. The first time, I had a short wait, which was reasonable considering they were one staff member down and very busy. The cook managed everything really well. I went again tonight and was served quickly; the food was, once again, amazing. They even offered a free beer with my meal, which was a nice touch, although I was driving. This charming little restaurant offers a beautiful view of the river. I inquired about gluten-free options and learned that nearly the entire menu could be prepared gluten-free. They mentioned having a dedicated fryer for their chips, and the staff were very knowledgeable about food allergies. The dishes were clearly labeled as "Gluten Free," which was reassuring since my partner ordered a regular burger. I'm happy to report that I experienced no reactions or symptoms after our meal.

Absolutely beautiful dining experience! I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food and I'm not a fan of sauces, so when I ordered the fish, I requested it without a bun or sauce. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, the wonderful chef offered to serve the fish on a bed of salad instead. I really appreciated that touch. The service was fantastic as well. Our server, who had a small child with her, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough!

went to the Blackbird for Sunday lunch after seeing it advertised on your page.. absolutely loved it, have to say it's the nicest Sunday dinner I have ever had eating out.. started with curried parsnip soup, for someone that hates parsnips it was recommended by the waitress and it was beautiful. Then ordered the roast beef was totally delicious and loads on the plate wasn't much left when I was finished lol.. outstanding food and lovely staff. This was a first visit for us and definitely won't be the last. Thank you Voir le carte
