"È solo questione di tempo... Anche io sono vittima della magia di Claudio che con la sua cucina ti incanta. La settimana scorsa ero di passaggio a Montemarano e mi sono fermato a pranzo: cavatelli con guanciale, pomodorini e ricotta salata. Peccato che non sono bastati a placare la mia fame. E allora Claudio ha preparato subito un buon hamburger con il tartufo accompagnato da patate e peperoni. Il gran finale è stato riservato alla millefoglie di crema e... Mi sono perso! Faccio prima a consigliarvi di andare al VinCanto. Una volta arrivati all'osteria, sedetevi e chiudete gli occhi. Inizierà la magia di Claudio "

"And what can I say, a unique experience. Such a nice place, beautifully organized and characteristic in the open countryside. We are talking about a real mill. There are places inside but also outside all in full nature and the presence of the nearby river with clear waters is truly relaxing, invigorating, unique. There is also a room created from an external structure which is also very beautiful. Not to mention the kindness of the staff present in the structure. All organized with great style and elegance, a very organized kitchen that prepares exceptional dishes with excellent raw materials. The courses are also elegant, in fact we are talking about dishes presented in an excellent manner as well as tasty. And what can I say, I'll be back it is certainly with great pleasure. For this I thank the structure with its people who carry it forward in an excellent manner. Congratulations"

"Abbiamo desinato a pranzo in questo splendido posto, in pieno lunedì grasso nel Carnevale di questo anno 2023. Eccellente l'antipasto, fatto di cose buone e genuine, che, io e mia figlia essendo cultori della pietanza, abbiamo fatto seguire da uno squisito piatto di baccalà al peperone crusco, vera prelibatezza per il palato, e...anche per gli occhi. Mia moglie invece ha preferito un primo di pasta (rigorosamente fatta in casa) condita da un amalgama di cose talmente saporite da non chiederci neppure gli ingredienti. Contorni all'altezza, un buon dolce per finire con l'accompagno d'un vino aglianico campano di tutto rispetto. Giusto, equo ed accessibile il conto. Torneremo certamente da Claudio e sua moglie, solerti e gentilissimi, per un locale di certo tra i migliori dell'intera Irpinia e non solo di questa. Un plauso a voi tutti! Antonio Pulcrano"

"I found this restaurant, or rather agriturismo on trip advisor although have now discovered that many from out of the area get to the agriturismo via the various groupon formulas that they offer. The restaurant offers manues alla carte or those linked to groupon vouchers. The groupon vouchers offer menues of anti pasti which are less rich than the one that we had with meat or a menue that comprends just all the pasta you can eat various sauces with anti pasti and wine, water and dessert and just coffee. A great deal as for two people you would spend around 20 euros. I never go for this type of choice as i prefer to eat what i like and not be forced into pasta or meat as i am intollerant to pasta. WE ATE 3 ANTI PASTI parma ham, salami, local cold cuts, mozzarella, ricotta and potatoe with cheese x 2 and a white bean soup and also a soup made with greens and beans. We had a litre of wine and a litre of water bought to the table with bread and also tomato bruschetta. My husband and my daughter had pasta fusilli with cream and black truffles and orrecchiete pasta with pumpkin and mushrooms and i had a plate of the greens with beans. We had grilled meats, lamb, sausage and veal steak, salad and chips hand cut, two slices of apricot pie, a huge plate of cheese for me followed by two grappas and 4 coffees price 80 euros coming out at around 27 euros a head. The groupon formula comes out at 10 euros a head but there is not plate of ham or cheese and no first or second course depending on what you have if you add the plate of anti pasto then it totals up to around 15 then with the plate of meat or pasta you would arrive easily at 25 27 euros per head so it all works out honestly. I will certainly come back again as i loved the tastes, ususally i never even touch the potatoe plates, but i tasted them and they were delicious, never eat sausage but these were so well grilled and so lean that i just could not resist and was glad i ate what i did the cheese was absolutely delicious and the slice of pie was big and I am assured to die for. We had a good time and no one that was there when we arrived made a move to leave!!!!! Only negative point, the service was a little slow and confusing to the wait staff I am sure as most of the restaurant were using the vouchers only good thing that comes out of this is the pasta came out piping hot and not pre cooked as they were constantly on the go and offered 5 types of sauces so you got served freshout of the pan!!! "The place is beautiful, a really beautiful location. Food: 50:50 We were four two of us had good food (parmigiana, pollo, veal) two of us were unhappy. Pasta with broccoli sauce was not a good idea at all, but above all the lamb was a complete disappointment. Only bones and fat, tiny pieces of meat, **** on the bone. Cook would never have used it. When one member of our family (who previously visited three Italian restaurants) put his plate aside, a waitress came and tried to convince him that there were meat. This is not a way and was untrue, because my lamb was only bone, also (with a cold broccoli sauce inedible and usually I love broccoli). The other waiter was very friendly, bread and wine were good. But we don't come back there's enough excellent food around, and for a cheaper price."
