Massive beer garden, cosy bar area, massive downstairs section and cosy house like feeling upstairs. All with good selection of tabs for sporting events. Bar, door staff manager make this place returnable. Chilled cool vibes from all. Not pretentious or in your face, they just blend in, get the job done and when you get to know them, they’re an asset to the owner and you as an individual. Can’t thank them enough for the many great days and nights I’ve had there. Getting to know staff on first named basis sums up this place. Not even mentioned the banging burgers and nachos and veggie platter is mountainous. Throw in the dh on a Friday and Saturday night who always has the floor filled (sorry I nearly forgot about you) this has everything to offer. Plus even has a mention of my old town."

Perfect summer place for a pint, probably my favourite place in the area. Although I do wish they had music in the back patio.

Vibey pub, great atmosphere. If you can afford vodka substituted for water would highly recommend! Sneak in a flask if you care for your bank account

Was ignored till the staff finished speaking. I then asked for a drink menu or a verbal drink selection I was told they didn’t have any menus. I then was given dirty glasses with my bottle of wine. When asking for a clean one, I then received a hot glass. Which I had to clean with a paper towel and water as it still had lipstick on. Dirty and unkept venue, untrained staff, unhygienic standards and a purely unprofessional setting. Only visit if you have no standards of hygiene and professionalism.

The roast dinners are nasty my daughter's chicken was raw the beef and pork okay roast potatoes were over salted and tasted like nail polish remover veg is veg yorkshire pudding cold and greasy spoke to member of staff she asked me to wait as she had to give someone a glass of knifes and forks then said she will be back then served other people then came back took the raw chicken plate and said the manager would be over 20 mins later was still waiting got up and left the pub. Very disappointing and had to pay £1 for another bit of gravey so today food cost £64.00 what a **** waste.

This was my second time coming to watch Formula 1 at this restaurant. The first time was pleasant as it was an early race with no DJ. However, on my most recent visit on a Sunday evening at 7pm, the loud music from the DJ was too distracting for those trying to watch the race. Despite asking the bar staff if the music could be turned down for the final lap so we could hear the commentary, we were told no. It was disappointing to see the DJ playing to only a few friends in an empty room. If you are specifically coming here to watch Formula 1, I would recommend finding another venue.
