The staff is welcoming and efficient, providing fast service and tasty dishes.

The restaurant was very busy during lunch, which caused a slight delay in service. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was delicious.

Nice to be here after it was refurbished. Very modern and clean and great food with quick service. The only issue is the tone of the doorman was very loud, snappy and arrogant. Voir le carte

Excellent pizza. Desserts dodgy. Ultimate Choclate cake was very disappointing. Dry, not choclatey. Baked cheesecake came with something like milk and probably tinned orange segment.

So, so impressed at PREZZO. Not only was the food gorgeous, but the waiter who served us was tip top! Honestly, it was like being at a top London restaurant. I urge you to go there. Fabulous!

Absolutely dreadful experience. Rude manager, was made to feel as if we were lucky to be there and we were just in their way. Food is poor, warm at best with long waiting. Toilets dirty Never again! Voir le carte

It was very busy for a Monday lunchtime.... probably speaks volumes in itself. Staff were very friendly and humorous. The pizza and pasta we had was brilliant. My wife had sticky toffee pudding for dessert which was massive and she said it tasted superb.

My husband received an offer of a bottle of Prosecco or two free desserts as a birthday treat from Prezzo (his birthday 6th Nov). We were going to be in Clarks Village the following day so we decided to book for a lunch time meal that day. We have had meals at many different Prezzo's, but I have to say this was the worst we have ever had, we both had the chicken Saltimbocco. The chicken was chewy, the white heart cabbage was a wedge that was so hard the knife could hardly cut it and the jus was like water. I visited whilst on a Christmas trip out supporting a service user. The person lives in a care home where I work. The restaurant setting was lovely with room to walk to seats without disturbing other diners. Would not be as accessible for wheelchair users. The meals were delicious and service perfect. Unfortunately this ended when I came to pay the bill. I had not been informed that the venue was cashless. Payment would only be accepted by card. As the service users I support have learning difficulties they do not have access to bank cards.
