When our food arrived, it was hot and delicious. Alana checked on us to ensure everything was to our liking. For dessert, we had the lemon meringue which was absolutely amazing. Overall, we received excellent service. Well done, Alana! A big thank you to the hard-working kitchen team as well. Bellissimo!

Booked a table for Over an hour later they took out order. Everyone seemed to be serverd before us even though every table was getting annoyed. People even left. Food was cold. Waiter was the worse I have ever met. Asked for of...drinks for the hour and a half wait, the attitude from him was unbelievable. Then he argued back and was beyond rude. Not at all worth visiting

I was disappointed to find that my favorite pizza,Vesuvio was no longer on the menu. I found another hot pizza that was nice. my man was relieved that his favorite posh pepperoni was still there! we really enjoyed the Calamari star. It...was different than before and we thought it was a good improvement! that is a restaurant that we visit from time to time, and we want to go on. Voir le carte

The food is OK nothing special our opinion you are paying well over the top for what is essentially a pizza with a bit of rocket lettuce on top. What we had was very tasty but as stated above not value for money. We also...had trouble understanding the accent of the waitress believe from Poland Lithuania? but quite difficult to work out what was said and had to ask her to repeat many times our order to ensure we got what we wanted.

I booked Prezzo for a Friday night treat and was hugely disappointed. You can hardly get into the restaurant for delivery drivers waiting for takeaways to be ready. The manager hasnt been given the memo that the customer is always right when I complained about...the table they wanted to seat us at. We waited an hour for our main courses which I assume is because they are so busy with takeaway orders and when the food came is was less than average. For what we had it also seemed expensive. We definitely wont be returning!

One Prezzo to the next is, for food, no different. Standard, good, Italian fare at a reasonable price. In my estimation the difference from one to another is the staff and the service. Atmosphere counts too. The Prezzo in Whitham is housed in a quaint...old building with wonderful, comfortable, interior. Plenty of space between tables so you can have a chat, a quiet chat, and not be overheard. Then again, it saves having to hear the conversations of others. On this particular evening service was provided, on the floor, by one guy and two female servers. Kitchen staff, I never saw but they worked hard. Me and my friend went here today as we always come here for a meal but today was just shocking so we enter the restaurant where we was told there was a min wait on food, No problem as we werent in a rush...we got our drinks straight away and things were going well but sadly everything started going down hill we ordered our food and after mins we was starting to worry as it was only garlic bread and dough balls, the starters finally arrived after mins and to be fair they where tasty but it gets worst after we finished the starters we went for a fag our waitress then tells us our mains are a min away a bit working as it took mins for garlic bread and we went thats fine half way through are fag...
